Web design & development studio
Websites that win work.Apps that run the job.
Firmin Systems builds bespoke sites and web apps to your brief — designed for your customers, not pulled from a theme pack. You own the lot.

Written quotes
A fixed price in writing before any work is billed.
You own it
Code, domain, and accounts sit in your name.
Selected work
This is what ‘bespoke’ looks like on a screen.
Not stock templates. Three kinds of commission we take — shown as the product, so you can tell whether we are the right studio.

Website · Typical: 3–5 weeks
A site that makes a trade look as good as the work
For plumbers, clinics, workshops, and independent practices that still get judged on a homepage from 2014.
Atelier
New clientThursday 12 March
App · Typical: 6–10 weeks
Booking that lives on your site, not someone else’s
For salons, tutors, consultants, and studios tired of paying a booking tool that looks nothing like their brand.
Wholesale portal
Live orders
App · Typical: 8–14 weeks
A private portal instead of another spreadsheet
For wholesalers, memberships, and teams who email files around because the off-the-shelf tools do not fit.
01
Websites
A site that explains what you do, looks like it belongs to you, and turns visitors into enquiries or sales.
- Marketing and brochure sites
- Landing pages for a single offer
- Online shops and booking-led sites
- Rebuilds of sites that no longer fit
02
Apps
Software in the browser that does a specific job — booking, portals, dashboards, tools your team actually uses.
- Client and member portals
- Booking and scheduling products
- Internal tools that replace spreadsheets
- Dashboards tied to how you already work
03
After launch
You own what we build. If you want us to keep going — small changes, new pages, hosting help — we stay on as needed.
- Handover with logins and documentation
- Hosting and domain setup
- Iterations after real people use it
- No lock-in, no mystery retainers
How a job runs
Brief. Quote. Build. Handover.
You always know what is being made, what it costs, and when you will see it. Nothing starts until the quote is accepted.
01
Brief
You tell us what you need, who it is for, and what success looks like. A rough idea is enough. We ask the questions that turn it into a job we can quote.
02
Scope
You get a written plan: what we will build, what we will not, a timeline, and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you are happy with that.
03
Build
We design and ship in stages you can see. You review, we adjust. You are not waiting twelve weeks for a big reveal.
04
Handover
The site or app goes live on your domain. You own the code, the accounts, and the keys. We stay available if you want further work.
Investment
Priced for the job, not a package name.
Every project is quoted in writing. These bands are typical starting points so you can tell if we are in range.
From £2,500
A focused site
A landing page or small brochure site with a handful of pages, a contact path, and copy structured around one offer.
£4,500–£12,000
A full marketing site
Multiple pages, a clearer brand presence, enquiry or booking, and room to grow content without calling a developer for every edit.
From £8,000
A custom app
Software with logins, records, and workflows. Quoted against the actual job, not a package name.
Questions
Straight answers before you send a brief.
Do I need a finished idea before I get in touch?
No. Bring the problem: who it is for, what they need to do, and what is broken today. We turn that into a scope. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
How long does a project take?
A small marketing site is often a few weeks. A custom app is usually a couple of months. You get a date in the written quote, not a vague ‘it depends’ after we have started.
Who owns the website or app?
You do. Code, content, domain, and hosting accounts sit in your name. We are a studio you hire, not a platform that keeps the keys.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Often, yes — if we can access the hosting, the repo, or the builder it lives in. We will tell you honestly if a rebuild is cheaper than patching it.
How do payments work?
A deposit to book the work, then staged payments tied to milestones. You see what you are paying for before each stage. No surprise retainers.
Do you use templates?
We do not sell theme wrappers. Layouts are designed for your content. If a proven pattern fits a page, we use it because it works — not because it came in a pack of 40 demos.
